Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us via (email) within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.

Exchanges

There will be no exchange available for any of our bags.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll ensure your item is replaced or refunded promptly.

At Lullies Lifestyle we want you to love your tote bag! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact our support team at (email) with your order number. We’ll guide you through the process.

Option 1

We happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery for either store credit.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you may choose either store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please note all sale items are not eligible for returns.

Option 2

  • Email us at (email) with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Please include the reason for your return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Refunds
  • Return shipping is at your own cost if you happen to change your mind.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at (email).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
